Class Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 8 hours prior to class will have their class credit refunded onto their corresponding membership.
Cancellations within the 8 hour period prior to the commencement of class, will forfeit their applicable class credit.
Class bookings can be cancelled via logging in on the Vivid Pilates app, sending an in-app message to our Member Support Team or emailing us support@vividpilates.com.au.
We strongly encourage you to cancel your booking as soon as you know you will be unable to attend as this will allow members on a waitlist the opportunity to attend class.
