Our classes are designed to be fun, inclusive and empowering! Our experienced and engaging instructors, complimented with motivating music, will rejuvenate your mind and body.
Our 45 minutes classes are suitable for all ages, gender and fitness levels. You can expect to walk away from every class with a clear mind and strong body. We layer all our classes to enable our members to challenge themselves safely, or choose a level that best suits their personal capabilities. All our instructors are highly trained and skilled to work with all bodies, and can provide modifications to any exercise to accomodate individual needs. Our amazing Vivid Pilates team will guide each and every member achieve their personal results to ensure you walk away feeling empowered!
Reformer Flow
Reformer Flow is a balanced class suitable for all levels of fitness. This class will consist of a series of movements targeting your whole body. You will get your endorphins flowing as you move through our exercises, and we will give you options of progressions and modifications to suit your level of fitness.
You will walk away from this class with a clearer mind, feel stronger in your body and ready to take on your day.

Reformer Jump
Reformer Jump utilises the Pilates Jump Board throughout the class. This is a low impact, higher intensity class that aims to get your heart rate up and target your whole body with every jump. Designed with an element of cardio and a good mix of toning movements, this class will have you burning calories and building strong lean muscles long after you leave the studio. But don’t be scared, whilst this class has an element of cardio and is aimed to get your sweat on, it is well balanced and encompasses a flow of movements.

Reformer Stretch and Release
Reformer Stretch and Release aims to bring about a calming state of mind and help improve your flexibility, whilst simultaneously stretching and releasing any soreness or stiffness. Our class is designed using a flow of stretches, gentle movement and incorporates your breathing to help release muscle tension and bring about clarity to the mind and body.
